New course for carers
A course is being designed by carers for carers who are struggling to cope with loved ones.
Caring with Confidence is a new free training programme being run in Ealing in various centres across the borough.The seven-session course includes balancing caring and a life for yourself, resources, practical and emotional issues. You can go to as many sessions as you want.
The Ealing course is being held at the Ealing Carers' Centre 46 South Ealing Road, Ealing on Tuesdays from February 23
