Top awards for mental health staff and volunteers

Mental health trust staff and volunteers were praised for their caring and commitment when they received awards recognising their good work.

The West London Mental Health NHS Trust held its fifth annual Quality Awards in recognition of individuals and teams who have shown an 'outstanding commitment to championing positive mental health care for service users.' The 12 awards cover a variety of clinical and non clinical areas.

Ian Kent, Trust deputy chief executive said: "It is people who make that wonderful extra difference to the way our patients and carers feel. I am proud of the energy and devotion all of our staff display each and every day."
