Eight voluntary groups have joined forces to help jobless people, many of whom fall through the net, find work.
Headed by Action Acton, Ealing One Stop Shop Jobs Network is a new project aimed at people who may be on benefits, have been made redundant or have health problems.

A ten-year battle to highlight disabled access to Ealing Hospital ended last week when a second sign went up.
Prof Alan Gillett, chairman of the hospital's League of Friends,unveiled the plaque named after him at the path leading from the car park to the main entrance. An easy access path was built in 1999 with a small sign, also named after him, which was not visible from the car park.
Volunteers who work with vulnerable families were praised for their efforts by MP Steve Pound during an award presentation.

The West London Mental Health NHS Trust held its fifth annual Quality Awards in recognition of individuals and teams who have shown an 'outstanding commitment to championing positive mental health care for service users.' The 12 awards cover a variety of clinical and non clinical areas.
A boy had to be cut free from a bin after getting his finger caught in the metal on Sunday afternoon.
The three-year-old got his finger stuck in the bin in Lammas Park and the fire-brigade and ambulance service were called to the scene at 2:50pm.
A charity helping older people in the borough is encouraging the public to join a new membership scheme.
Age Concern Ealing's membership scheme has been set up to give the charity a better understanding of the needs of older people, to provide opportunities for people to get involved and to support their work.
The Ealing 135 Group will be holding their popular evening Christmas Gift Fair selling an unusual range of gifts and products, most of which are hand-made.
There will be jewellery, baby clothes, toys, bags, ceramics, photo albums and home produce as well as a raffle with great prizes.
Meadow House Hospice has been chosen by the Rotary Club of Great Britain and Ireland for its London tree-planting ceremony.
Trees are planted in each of its 29 districts and Alan O'Neil,of Hanwell and Northfields Rotary, put the hospice forward. Alan, whose club has earmarked the hospice for its annual charity, said:"We do a number of things to try and support them over the past six years and as we were involved in the garden so a tree fitted in very well."
