Ealing School Scoops Award

A school has scooped the 2009 British Council for School Environments (BCSE) awards for best practice in UK design and construction.

The Cloisters at St Benedict's School in Eaton Rise, Ealing, won an award in the category for the best extension, refurbishment or remodel.

Completed last year, the £6.2million building connects three floors of the school and has become the 'heart of the community'.

They were announced at a ceremony at the Emirates Stadium along with 170 other entrants.
