People can walk off their festive indulgences through one of Ealing's popular routes.

Transport for London have set out a list of paths running through the borough to help stretch the legs after the Christmas period.

Routes starting or running through Ealing include the Greenford to South Kenton (5.5miles/8.8km), Richmond Bridge to Osterley Lock (4.8 miles/7.7km) and Osterley Lock to Greenford (5.5miles, 8.8km) routes.
